Library Card

Having a library cards increases your accessibility to information from the library.  Getting a library card is really easy: come onsite and sign up with a staff person, bringing an ID of parent/legal guardian with a correct address. Patrons who recently moved into the township can show a recent bill with a correct address. Our staff members will provide a folder with helpful information to use to sign up for an online account, which allows members to see what members of their household have checked out for closer monitoring.

Account Messages

Parents are able to put a message (up to 5 words) on their children’s accounts, which librarians will reference when checking out their books. Please note the message will only come up at the circulation desk, not the self checkout. Example – if a parent includes “No Dr. Suess”, our librarians won’t allow their child to check out those books.

Library Catalog

Learn more about our book circulation with the Library Catalog. Patrons can use your computer at home or at one of the two dedicated computer stations at Patmos library (located either by the New Book Section or near the Children’s area).
It is easy to do:

  1. Locate the Library Catalog button in the upper right corner of the website.
  2. Search by: key word / author / title / subject.
  3. Press enter to know information of the book before you check out.
